Products & compatibility
We work hard to keep product descriptions, specifications, and compatibility information accurate. Because systems and model numbers vary, we recommend confirming your filter’s size, model, or specifications before ordering. If you are unsure, our support team is happy to verify fitment before you buy.
Pricing & orders
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, and decline or cancel any order. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.

Warranty
Filter housings, brackets, and hardware are covered by a limited one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship when used as directed. Consumable filter media and cartridges are, by their nature, not covered by this warranty, but any item that arrives defective or damaged will be replaced or refunded. Our maximum liability for any product is limited to the purchase price of that product.
Acceptable use
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content without permission. All site content, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Fresh Filter Supply or its licensors.
Limitation of liability
Fresh Filter Supply is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Products are provided for their intended filtration use; always follow the manufacturer’s installation and care instructions for your system.
